Lindsey Graham is statistically one of the least bipartisan members of congress according to GovTrack

Got bipartisan cosponsors on the 11th fewest bills compared to Serving 10+ Years (tied with 2 others).

He's also often quoted for saying, as his excuse for blocking Obama's SCOTUS nomination, he would oppose a SCOTUS nomination in an election year even if it were a republican. He then approved Trump's SCOTUS nomination in an election year.
