I'm out. This guy got promoted to a position that lead to the direct downfall of Halo as a whole. Bungie's lore for Halo was extremely consistent with little to no contradictions. Except for two things: the Iris campaign, and Halo 3s Legendary Terminals. These two contained lore that went against what Bungie had written and planned, particularly for the Forerunners. And guess who was responsible for writing both of those? That's right, Frank O'Connor. He is the one who wrote the lore breaking fanfiction, which later when he was promoted to franchise director on Halo 4, guess which lore he decided to go with, the Bungie lore that nearly all employees agreed on and had planned internally for years (specifically that the Humans ARE the Forerunners), or his own fanfiction? Right again, he dumped Bungies lore for his own fanfiction. Remember in Halo 3 when Guilty Spark directly proclaims:
"You are Forerunner... but this ring is MINE."

Not to mention he has been banned from various forums for racist jokes. Martin O'Donnell called him out for lying about being at a certain event with Bungie when he didn't even work for Bungie at the time. IIRC, Frank was also the one in a video interview that proudly stated they were hiring people who hate Halo to work on Halo.
The guy is a leech. He was promoted to a position he should not have had. The extend of his work should have stayed as Community Manager like he was during the development of Halo 2. I'm happy you found Halo media that made you excited, but I personally want nothing to do with anything from Frank.
