What have you tried so far? What were the good foods and what makes them bad now?
General advice: just because it's morning, doesn't mean you need to eat breakfast foods. If all else fails, just eat what you would normally eat for lunch or even dinner. At least that can be a backup while you figure out a food that works for you.
I had a bagel cream cheese but I need protein or else I'll be sorry and usually I'll do eggs but eggs are Bad Bad now disgusting. I ended up making a buffalo chicken quesadilla bc I had chicken cooked and that's my go to safe lunch, but it was risky bc I'm not in chicken phase I discovered yesterday, but it worked out ok. And I just had an apple with peanut butter which made me 😌 so I'm good for until dinner now. Thanks!
