Got a license in the mail today. Very legit looking. Holographic pic under/on-top of the state seal, top quality, etc. My pic looks like Rob Zombie, not sure where it's from, but it's clearly me.

Well, define "fuck with" lol, but basically yeah that's it. Some constitutional carry states still offer permits even when they aren't required, for reciprocity mainly and for bonus "it looks good in court" purposes if ever forced to defend self. Some states will also let you carry in more locations that are still banned for constitutional carriers, but that's sorta rare.
Better to contact a lawyer in your state and ask than a cop, cops aren't even actually required to know the laws in your area. Even calling a local gun store and asking would be better than asking the cops tbh.
