And that's how they maintain their control. "Don't bother, it won't do any good." A confederacy of pedophiles and thieves donning a white cloth of false purity. But, no, don't take a stand against them in your own life, and don't hold your leaders to the same, because it won't do any good. While the world burns we'll pour one out for all the lost causes we didn't support because someone said it was a waste of our time.
Different religious groups are different in meaningful ways and religion is basically a toolkit for organizing.
Religion is a tool for control, and an organizing force for hate groups.
