Since the US gov now only recognize the existence of two genders, does identifying as non-binary cause the system to unable to recognize my existence, therefore granting me absolute immunity? (lemmy.dbzer0.com)

I'd be super careful about invoking that, you might get your citizenship yanked... See Trump's executive order on birthright citizenship:

Under his new definition:

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

If you aren't "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" then you're not a citizen.

Oh, man, all those Sovereign Citizens are going to be PISSED!

One of my favorite authors solved the problem this way...

Steve Perry is the guys name, and besides all the Star Wars and Aliens books, he has his own sci-fi universe going on. Fun reads.
