Damnit! I thought he was born in wherever has got him, Lithuania? Romania? I generally try to avoid articles with this guy in it.

He was arrested in Romania. He grew up in the UK I believe.

He tried to evade getting arrested for raping children by fleeing to Romania. It didn't work.
