Hello everyone. I wanted to make a post inviting everyone to reflect on the ideas built around pre workout vs energy drinks. I wanted to state I understand this is a food group and I tried finding an energy drink page or else wise but I couldn’t. So I thought this may be a good place to begin. Thank you for allowing this post to be here.

So many people believe Pre Workout is simply for bodybuilders and working out but what if I told you that’s not true. For starters compounds within C4 Pre Workout, the one I use. Has compounds that enhance mental function, muscle endurance and recovery. With a substantial amount of caffeine without the sugar drops normal Energy Drinks give.

What I am about to state please don’t take it completely seriously and instead double check with a doctor.

I have found. Pre Workout works as a pain med. a non addictive pain med. alongside can help with different things. Like IBS, Growth periods in early teen years, and after surgeries.

Though as stated above. Check with a medical professional if you wish to engage and try these reasons.

Overall though it can help you on a day to day basis. Enhancing focus and mental processes. Such as going to work and taking one scoop. Many people may think they are more unhealthy for you compared to Energy drinks but funnily enough most big brand Energy drinks have a bunch of sugar leading to overdoing it on sugar or heavy sugar drops.

When in return Pre Workout has less sugar to sugar free.

If you look online a 12 pack of Red Bull is around 35$, Monster Energy 25$, The cheapest 12 pack 15$.

You may say. Hey, the 15$ pack doesn’t sound horrible. No it doesn’t! Not for short term but look you try and buy 60 cans what happens.

175$,125$,75$ when Pre Workout a 60 serving container is 40-50$. See id love if energy drinks had more for their buck or was cheaper but currently they are financially irresponsible to consider. Leaving with 20-30$ extra with less beneficial compounds. I ask you to consider how this knowledge can impact your life and if you’d be considering any changes.

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

PS I normally take 2 scoops every 11 hours durning eating.

Honestly originally because I knew it was a good brand and the pricing for caffeine. Though I found out after about the pain med effect.
