I dont necessarily think its just that he looks good. We all know its a large combination of factors and I believe his biggest boon is that hes not batshit fucking insane. He has a level, adjusted head and speaks well. If there was one thing that could have tanked him, it probably would have been a manifesto containing the ramblings of insane conspiracy theories.

No, he wrote a very well spoken manifesto laying out how the cost of US healthcare continues to rise as our life expectancies are stalling or even decreasing, these healthcare CEOs are leeches on society, and that he it happy to be the first person to do something about it

While Luigi is a chad, these comments are dilatory to the issue at hand.

We got a health reform to get done, that's what Luigi allegedly wanted. That's what the focus should be.

Also, he is being set up but it doesn't matter now. They turned him into a martyr so that's how we proceed.
