Absolute banger food yesterday, I didn't have time to cook so I just grabbed something from my University's cafeteria. They always have at least one vegan option in the big cafeteria and at least a baked potato in the vegetarian cafeteria :D

Are there any Vegans in your life that you really look up to?

Not currently in my life, but back in Job school (?) there was this guy who was really really competent with docker containers (completely blew my mind). The cafeteria at that school sucked so if he didn't bring his own lunch he had to live off roasted peanuts for the day. Something about that struggle seems really honorable to me :o
