Have you discovered any recipes you really like?

Not necessarily discovered, but I was reminded yesterday that Seitan exists! I ate a lot of it in 2020 when I didn't go out much for fresh groceries. Still got a big box of vital wheat gluten in my pantry, so I think I'll make some today :D
