Figured that would be the case. Almost most likely lawsuits aren’t going to go anywhere because of their ToS. This really doesn’t end up being different than when Microsoft botches a patch. The companies that use them willingly signed up and agreed to the potential impacts.
I’m not saying that’s right or wrong, but that this was an expected outcome.
The boiler plate response is probably something along the lines of "If it was mission critical you should have and test your business continuity plans; any loss of revenue falls on you."
