Summary

Aubrey Vanlandingham, a 17-year-old Texas student, was charged with animal cruelty after poisoning a classmate's show goat, Willie, with pesticide, allegedly because she "does not like cheaters."

Surveillance footage captured her force-feeding the goat with a syringe on October 23, leading to its death the following day.

Investigators found searches on her phone related to poisoning animals. The Texas Future Farmers of America condemned her actions, emphasizing ethical behavior and animal welfare.

Vanlandingham faces up to two years in jail and a $10,000 fine, with a court date set for January 15.

The footage shows a female student leaving the storage area at the school’s Future Farmers of America barn. The student was holding a syringe as she entered the goat pen, straddling the goat, and pushing the syringe into the animal’s mouth three times.

She left the barn but not before returning twice a day to take photos and a video, according to the Statesman.

Holy shit. Also not sure how I feel about publishing a 17 year-olds name so this haunts them forever, even if it is a fucked up thing to do

I feel like it’s appropriate to let the world know she’s dangerous. She should be evaluated by a professional shrink because this is behavior that suggests possible psychopathy.

Psychopathy isn't an actual diagnosis. Unless she's been torturing animals for years, she's more likely to just be a cunt.

Psychopathy is no longer a diagnosis, but Antisocial Personality Disorder is, and animal cruelty is something you can use to help make that diagnosis (though it is not enough on its own).

I'm not going to suggest this person has ASPD, but the fact that she felt justified to kill someone else's pet out of a delusional belief that cheating was happening probably warrants some kind of psychological evaluation.
