Yes, the license plate covered in snow is illegal. Surprisingly, only you and i noticed it ! /joke

Pretty hard to keep your rear plate uncovered when driving in snow conditions. The air currents pack it in there like that as you drive. And it can only take a few mintues of driving to make it happen.

But the roof? Yeah get that cleaned off!
