My solution was to eat less meat but only get local high quality stuff from the butcher.
trying. mostly moved over to a pescatarian diet 3/4ths of the time but.... meals out, and, bacon stymie me heh.
I cook twice a week and use meat like every third time
Fish isn’t much better.
It is best to have a balanced diet with protein from multiple different good quality sources. We don’t need much protein in our diet.
better than factory farmed chicken or beef
