Has anyone done this in a campaign? If so, how did you run it - same as ghost possession I'd assume?

Though I do warn you, even if you don't regularly use safety tools, Wraith is about abusive psychological manipulation and the death-drive. It's not in itself toxic, but should be handled with care.
