Most of the world has healthcare.
If you don’t think billionaires around the world aren’t even indirectly affecting your life in some way you need to wake up a little. American billionaires alone have their fingers on a lot of scales.
Many of the 5 companies that control most of the US food supply also control the food supply in other countries. Same with banking, media, and all other necessities.
