If maintenance/repair is too expensive for a cooperation, why the fuck would I want that cost?

Tesla has massive quality control problems and repair costs. That isn't true for all EVs. I've had a 2011 Leaf for 10 years now and I've never had repair costs more than new tires and wipers and I think brake fluid once (it's nearing 100k miles). The regen breaking even means I haven't needed brake pads.

I’ve spent $0 on maintenance for my Tesla over 3 years of ownership aside from the Costco windshield wipers I replaced the stock ones with and a $5 tub of fluid. About 8 friends all have Teslas and have the same story as me.

Weird that I only see this perspective online and not in real life.

I have a friend who bought one and they ended up lemon lawing it because the windows never worked. Repaired 8 times. In Teslas defense they took decent care of him.

However Elon Musk is a fucking chode and quite frankly buying his shit cars isn’t an option.

Lucid makes a far better car, with better fit and finish, and is made by a lot of the same engineers that made OG Tesla stand out.

Dude Lucid is like 3x the cost. It’s a totally different market. If I had the money, I would be sitting in a Rivian 3 row SUV. But the bang for buck meant Tesla won. The range at that price point is still unbeatable and I like the car.

Stop crying about Elon, it won’t change anything. Just downvote me since that actually makes a difference 😆.

Lucid’s are 579 a month. A Model S is 879 a month.

Since you’re a stupid fuck boy, stop being poor. Then you could afford nice things, but you’re gonna keep throating Elon like he owns you because you can’t think.

Also, I love on Teslas website how it says “full self driving (supervised)” because the stupid fucks have fallen for those words actually meaning something, but it was just a scam.

Are you fucking 12? You’re comparing the shit base model lease on their splash page to a model S? Don’t be a dummy. A M3 lease starts at $300. If you want to be intellectually dishonest, go lie to your mom about wiping your ass.

I also don’t know why I’m trying to explain myself to someone who has clearly never had a job, but there’s a really good reason you don’t see Lucid’s on the road everywhere. They’re overpriced and overhyped. I’m sorry if you bought some SPAC stock and got shafted early on, but good luck!👍
