False flag missions are a thing. That's what started the spanish, American war. All that being said, starting a CLASS WAR doesn't seem to be on the elites/ CIA agenda. One thing they always get out of this: increased security.

Oh, the class war has already been started, a long time ago by the elites. It's just that they don't want the poors shooting back.
