Getting back into it. Collection is thin from moving and converting to CDs/Digital. The question: Record of the month 'clubs'. Worth while? (lemmy.ml)

Title says it. My system is OK but am looking to upgrade it over time. So these clubs, look interesting, but are they? Or disappointment?

Not a subscriber to VMP, but have a couple of their releases—audio quality is always top notch, and the (additional) artwork and/or inserts and booklets do justify the high prices (as much as I hate to admit this..).

That said, I still wouldn’t subscribe, however, as I would dislike someone ‘curating’ my purchases (the snob that I am 🤷‍♂️).
