Ist sogar noch "schlimmer": Für die meisten Jobs wird ja kein Führungszeugnis verlangt. Ich könnte zig Vorstrafen haben und mein Arbeitgeber wüsste davon (zurecht) nichts. Diese Idee, dass man mit Vorstrafe keinen Job bekommt, ist in Deutschland komplett falsch
