An electric scooter IED wasn't on my bingo card.

I am not sure if was actually in the scooter, the battery compartment seems intact, the handle is missing though. So if it was the scooter, the IED must have been in there. I'd wager it was actually the gutter that housed the IED

It could have been buried in the snow. The Ice could make for some serious shrapnel.
