That's really a cool offering. Though I imagine that CityFibre will probably make use of CGNAT which can be limiting for certain activities like self-hosting and gaming. Do you know what they plan to do on this front? The article makes no mention of that.
CityFibre is merely providing the infrastructure. It's up to the individual ISPs whether or not they use CGNAT (there's 35+ ISPs that use CityFibre's infrastructure).
There's a limited comparison list here of the more popular ones, but most of them don't seem to use CGNAT :)
