Refusing to use the mouse is a user choice, not OS-specific.
Except that other OSes don't give you the option of not using the mouse.
Full keyboard navigation is a thing in MacOS.
How so? Keynavish, Vimium C, nVim, keyboard shortcuts (including whkd) etc all work in Windows on top of the native support.
