offbrand is becoming a worker cooperative.

When we started this company, we did so with the belief that creators deserve to own a fair share of the value they create. Over time, we've come to realize that same philosophy should extend to everyone at offbrand.

Each full-time offbrand employee will have a vote on the direction of the company, and our profit pool will be shared evenly amongst co-op members. We want each person at offbrand to be empowered to have a say, decide collectively on our future, and benefit from those decisions.

We believe this will lead to a stronger, happier, and more sustainable company.
