Jones fretted that streamers and podcasters are bringing in views that cable news cannot come close to touching.

No, people love being lied to, they just want their flavor of lies whispers into their ears and nothing else. They don't want news, they want affirmations that they're right all the time.

And that's what social media and a lot podcasters, like Rogan, do.
