Y'all mfs need to exercise and eat better quality food. Sleep. You shouldn't feel like you're on death's door at 30. Or 40. lol

When I hit 30 I was devastated. "Oh GOD! I'm not YOUNG anymore!" I feel ya.

My friends took me to the titty bar to celebrate and that's been my tradition every decade. I seriously doubt my wife will understand when I hit 60, but I'm going with or without her.
