It’s a illustration of the McDonnell Douglas Model 226. It was a prototype stealth aircraft from the 70’s that didn’t go anywhere as DARPA chose the precursor to the F-117 instead.

Because smooth corners are easily visible on radar vs the F117 which was nearly invisible.
