Post bills about jury nullification all over NYC

Only if there's no intimidation, and simply education.
Of course not intimidating. Only reassuring the jurors that they understand that they can refuse to convict for any reason, including just because they feel like it, even if the evidence is overwhelming
Jurors can be excused by the judge if there is evidence that they are either being coerced or have an alternative agenda. But that's really rare.
Sounds like a mistrial to me
