That a false equivalence. The list of story structures is way longer than the list of methods of eating and/or serving food.
the base structure of the movie is just one of its many components. the originality may be on the meat, rather than the skeleton.
I think the Instagram restaurants serving spaghetti in a garbage bin or soup in a beer hat would give that list a run for its money.
If you really believe that, then you're agreeing with me that 3 act movies are unoriginal 🤷
Have you actually looked at that list? It's incredibly inconsistent and chaotic. "Story structure" is not some objective universally measurable thing in the first place, and nobody in their right mind would claim that originality can be realised only in story structure.
Overall this is a weird and pointless topic that you picked to argue about.
