I used it many years ago. Over a decade ago. For less than a week. While I was able to focus the majority of the time, I felt like a zombie when it faded, which was unsafe because I was usually driving home.
Also, it fucked with ejaculation, and now that sucks, instead of being a pleasant sensation. YMMV

Yes. Permanent. It's like someone stuck something in my urethra to create a blockage and now it's more difficult to ejaculate, and less pleasant.
Oh right, the post-nut sensation of urethra blockage. I switched recently from Strattera to Vyvanse and haven't experienced that since then, I think. Need to pay attention to see whether it is fully gone. I totally agree. That was very unpleasant. (in my case, ejaculation itself was fine)
Not even. It's worse than that, it's during the nut, and it's almost like the tubes are constricted or something.
