I'd love to point you to a 56 year old Civic but I'm sad to say that's impossible as they were first introduced in 1972.
Most Civics are getting a bad wrap from 350Z owners because I rarely ever see an SI or an R racing anything. More or less, they commute bros to and from shit. Even modified ones, usually the driver just likes mountain roads.
Mine's lowered with BC coils and has a shift kit on it but it's mostly just for feel. I'm not racing anything. Just enjoying my peppy little dude.
But I get it, some of these cars are like tossing a skateboard at 75mph down the road, they get all kinds of torn up if kids don't take care of them.
