Who in this day and age wouldn't drink pasteurised milk?

Besides like, properly stupid people, or people who think it'll give them religious powers and other such nutters.

I've seen Europeans make the fact that Americans don't generally drink unpasteurized milk into a "yanks dumb" thing

You can buy unpasteurized milk in europe in a supermarket ?

Seeing the other post about France: It depends on the country. In Germany you can't (only direct at the farm). Saw a documentary some weeks ago about Spain where they said that it is also forbidden (the journalist wanted to drink raw camel milk).

Just re-checked: In theory you can buy raw milk in Germany in a supermarket. It is called "Vorzugsmilch" then. But I never saw any.
