If homosexual people have rights to publicly say that they're 'homosexual' then why not him.

Absolutely, overcoming the literal insecurity of beatings and persecution by police and others is literally the origin story of Pride.

No law against being a snowflake, but just like you have the right to mock Pride parades, we can all mock him.
