Why do Neo Nazi's and those alike shave their head? When most SS had full heads of hairs but the jews in concentration camps were shaved? (self.askhistorians)

They proliferate mostly in prisons. Prisons very commonly shave inmates heads on a regular schedule so as to cut down on lice and other hygiene costs.
