This could be bad news indeed. Sony has at least been releasing their exclusive titles on PC recently, so even if they go through with the acquisition we might still get future FromSoft games on PC (hopefully) but the tidbit about their anime and manga holdings is also troubling.
Kadokawa is like 80% of anime bring broadcasted right now
If Sony pulls some bs with it, I'll pirate the shit out of it
Meh if they add the PSN bullshit it's a no go for me and many others
Sony already owns Crunchyroll. Giving a corporation this much control over anime/manga would be disastrous.
