What's the difference between "Smarties candy" and "Nestle Smarties"? Also how does Fun Dip end up in the lower cost/nobody likes it category!?

Smarties are known as rockets here in Canada - they are the pressed sugar candies.

In Canada, Nestle Smarties (which we just call smarties) are similar to a peanut free m&m, with different colours than m&m's.
