100%, it's a republican on one of the foreign affairs committees, someone on Trumps staff, or Trump himself. Remember, GröpenFührer gets classified briefings as a candidate for president.

That's not exactly true. Classified briefings are given to the candidates at the discretion of the current President.

I highly doubt Biden is giving him access.
