So I can't decide if I want the three guests to appear in the first telling of the wedding as well as the last, or just the last.

If they appear in the first, they don't get called by their names -- just their descriptions. Because otherwise it would kind of give parts of the story away.

But if they appear in the first telling then it would require some explanation in the last.

Now I realise none of this makes any sense, but any suggestions?
