I know it's slow around here, but zero-effort AI slop can only make this community worse.

Downvotes are (supposed to be) indicative of an expression by users that something doesn't belong in a community, though. Moreover, the downvotes make no real difference in keeping the AI slop off the top of this community because it's relatively inactive. Finally, it shouldn't be on the users to actively show overwhelming disapproval every time this category of post comes up; when it's clear most users don't want it, it should simply be banned, especially when it takes effectively zero effort to create and is therefore likely to be frequent.
