I am trying my luck once again with Super Mario Land 2 - Six Golden Coins. So far I never managed to beat it. It has savegames, and in theory plenty of opportunity to gain extra lives, but something (fedia.io)

I am trying my luck once again with Super Mario Land 2 - Six Golden Coins. So far I never managed to beat it. It has savegames, and in theory plenty of opportunity to gain extra lives, but something about the slippery movement of Mario rubs me the wrong way. I like the Wario games much more. And even though I haven’t beaten Sonic on the GameGear either, I came further to the finish line.

SML2 is pretty easy but the floaty/slipperiness of Mario does take some getting used too. I love it for the music. Especially in space zone!
