There needs no fact or proof that a genocide is taking place for the observed actions of the Israeli government and army to be considered genocidal. This is a statement by the UN in January of this year amidst the South Africa vs Israel case. There's probably plenty more but the burden does not fall onto me to educate you.
The "centrist" position that you are trying to defend by denying the possibility of a genocide until you are met with facts proving it's existence is what makes it genocide denial. Said facts that oftentimes cannot be provided until long after such events take place and are recorded and analysed by historians. It's you putting in so much energy and actively trying to minimise and contradict an established set of observations regarding the genocidal actions taken by Israel, that makes it genocide denial.
