Take your shoes off, or get naked.

Other than wildly short times to say this is a "20 minute meal" there are several baffling decisions here. Not trimming that broccoli will be unweildy to eat, they seem to boil heavy cream instead of just creating a roux, and the cheeses seems to be added in reverse order of meltiness

It's like they put the recipie back and forth through Google translate a few times

What bothers me the most is the camera is always out of focus.
