Just a quick look at their rules shows they're not really about free speech.
Ah, bugger, was just going off second hand reports there so apologies if it's not what you're looking for. In my defense I'm currently sleep deprived.

I just happened to come across someone in the comments who mentioned http://unilem.org/.
They seem way more aligned with being supportive of free speech.
