One of the standout features of the DOOGEE Blade 10 Ultra is its storage capacity, with up to 20GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage

Pretty sure this is a straight up scam, the RAM changes depending on which site you find it on with none of them showing 20GB of actual RAM, and the website for 'doogee' doesn't work

It's probably 4 or 8 GB actual RAM, with the rest being effectively swap.

And it'll be compatible with almost nothing, and will get one version update if you're lucky. After that, the company won't even exist any more.

It's not i've bought two of them years ago because they have a decent spec rugged phone. The s60 was bulletproof and lasted ages and even a drop from standing height on concrete. I upgraded to a later model (i think s90) and that was a piece of shit. The quality control is crap, don't expect software updates but if you get a good one the hardware is great. So not a scam but i would stay away.

The simple fact that buying a $300 device and to "not expect software updates" is not considered a scam is hilarious to me.
