Is Lemmy now that popular that people start posting disguised ads?
I don't think there are that many ads, even if there were you could easily get rid of them by buying my cool Lemmy adblock that uses AI to recognize clever product placement and cover it up with a picture of dirt!
really? we can't allude to anything now? oh no someone referenced a movie, they must be working for the studio!
I'd really appreciate it if we kept Lemmy without the miserable grumpy cat that is r/hailcorporate just running around accusing people of shilling for literally mentioning anything in any context whatsoever.
Maybe comes from the recent chocolate post and OP found it in their folder of 'stolen memes'. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
