My current instance, diagonlemmy.social has no images, which is not great. So I'm thinking about creating an instance with a Harry Potter meme community.

What do you think?

I would advise strongly separating Harry Potter from J.K. Rowling or you're going to be buried in anti-trans and TERF based hate.

This seems like an addressable issue. Most HP communities these days usually have a "We condemn JKR's transphobia" note pinned somewhere. Authors are not synonymous with their published works, and I think most people understand that.

Yup, but we saw how that worked out with the Hogwarts game... there were still issues. :(
