One of my favorite things in RPGs is talking a Big Bad to death.

The original Fallout is probably pinnacle because it requires high speech plus science and computer skills to find the information you present to The Master to begin with. You can't bluff it, you have to have evidence that convinces him. It's more than making a good point, it is literally proving it to The Master beyond a shadow of a doubt.

I will say, however, that Baldur's Gate 3 did a good job of giving me those options with some baddies in some clever ways. The drinking game with Thisobald Thorm stands out.
