I'm always pretty sad when I go back and check on new users that I had welcomed and suggested they post an introduction, only to realize they never did and never made another post....

I have a feeling some of those people are the "Fediverse is too confusing!" People, yet they don't even try.🤦‍♂️

@kitnaht I'm not on a forum, I'm on a microblogging platform.

I host mastodon on my own instance.

Fediverse has many different flavors. I actually didn't intend for this post to go to Lemmy, but Fedia.io is creating topics from hashtags used, regardless of the software used when making the post.
