About what? I have a great life in the USA.
That you get so little vacation. I'm also in the US and I currently get 30 days of vacation, 10 holidays and 10 sick days. That's been pretty standard for me and I wouldn't take a job offering just 3 weeks (15 days) of vacation.
It's not so bad, I'm well paid and live comfortably. I was able to buy a house and land for my family to live in, in a nice safe area with clean air in the midst of forests with rivers, lakes, and state parks all nearby. We get to enjoy rural-ish life with city amenities in short driving distance.
